Each Pakistani mobile number and CNIC may only be associated with one vr999 account. Duplicate accounts violate these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All promotional bonuses on vr999 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
All transactions on vr999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash and EasyPaisa are the primary channels. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the vr999 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. vr999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
In the event that multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, vr999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balance derived from bonus funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. vr999 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify vr999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
vr999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.
You must ensure that the information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account remains accurate and up to date. vr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension.
vr999 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. vr999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC completion. You are advised to complete your KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds.

vr999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Where vr999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the Player's account, and withhold any Real Money Funds pending investigation of the circumstances.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of vr999's knowledge based on provider-supplied data.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, vr999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players' wallets. vr999 is not liable for any winnings that resulted from a manifestly erroneous payout caused by a technical fault.
Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. vr999 reserves the right to permanently close such accounts and report relevant activity to the appropriate authorities.
The following rules apply specifically to sports betting markets available on vr999, including cricket, football, and other sports markets offered from time to time.
All bets are subject to acceptance by vr999. vr999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market has been suspended or where unusual betting patterns have been detected. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference.
Cricket markets on vr999 include PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup, and other bilateral and multilateral series. In-play betting is subject to market suspension during official stoppages. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, PCB, or the relevant board.
Where a match or event is officially abandoned before completion, all pre-match bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' wallets, unless a result has already been determined under the official rules of the sport and the relevant governing body.
vr999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error. Players will be notified of any such void and the staked amount will be returned to their wallet in full.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vr999 holds its international gaming licence.
